Trust Company of Illinois is always searching for competent trust officers and investment professionals who are feeling stifled by the bureaucracy of large organizations and feel that some portion of their loyal clientele would change firms with them. The profile of the successful TCI employee is one who is willing to go the extra mile for the client and their coworkers as well, TCI employees have a bias for action and are responsible for servicing existing client relationships as well as developing new ones. The environment is warm and friendly (we’ve lost 2 people in 5+ years) and compensation is very closely correlated with results and open-ended.
